Computer Hardware & Network Support Engineer

I’m the Computer Hardware & Network Support Engineer over here at H.No. 439-R in Kuldeep Nagar. This is in Yamuna Nagar, 135001. My setup is based right out of my house, which makes things easy but also means my living room is often full of routers and Ethernet cables. I spend my days running around Yamuna Nagar fixing network drops or setting up new hardware for people. It’s a lot of physical work, crawling under desks to plug things in or climbing up to check a router on a high shelf. I’ve lived in Kuldeep Nagar for a long time, so I know most of the streets by heart. When I’m not out on a call, I’m at my workbench trying to solder a connection or testing a motherboard. It’s a busy life, especially when a whole office network goes down and everyone is calling at once. I try to stay calm and just work through the problems one by one. I don't have a fancy shopfront with big signs. Most people just have my number and know where I live. It’s honest, hardworking stuff. I don't use big words to explain things; if the internet is slow because of a bad wire, I just show them the wire. It’s a direct way of doing things that seems to work well for everyone around here.
