Anand & Sons

Anand & Sons is based out of the Hanuman Gate area in Mahavir Colony, Jagadhri. It’s a family business, like the name says, and we’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a few years now. Being near Hanuman Gate is handy because everyone knows the landmark, so we don't have to give long directions to our visitors. The colony is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very residential and friendly most of the time. We work out of a modest building that serves as both our office and storage. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the orders and talking to customers. Some days are packed with work, especially when shipments arrive, and other days we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We deal with various trading supplies, mostly things that the local industries in Jagadhri need. We don't go in for big marketing or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a local family trying to make a living and keep the folks who buy from us happy enough to come back. There’s a lot of dust from the nearby roads, and the noise of the traffic is constant, but it’s home to us. If you’re ever in Mahavir Colony, you’ll probably see one of us.
