We are located in the Kailash Motor Building on Jagadhri Road. It’s an older building, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb. Most of the time, we are busy with computers and different systems that people need help with. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens, which is quite different from the mechanical shops downstairs. The office isn't very large, and we have wires running all over the place. That's just how it goes when you deal with technology. Jagadhri Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our windows. We’ve been here for a good bit now. People from the nearby areas stop in when they have a problem they can’t figure out on their own. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't buried in a motherboard at that moment. Sometimes we have to go out to other businesses to fix things on-site, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. It’s not a corporate environment. We just drink a lot of tea and try to get the systems back up and running. It’s a quiet enough life, even with the noise from the road. We just do our bit and keep the machines working. There are old towers and spare keyboards stacked in the corner, but we know where everything is.
