J.K. Metal Industries

We are based out of Govindpuri Road. J.K. Metal Industries has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. You can usually hear the sound of metal being worked on before you even see the shop. It’s a bit of a crowded street, especially in the mornings when everyone is opening up their shutters. We work with all kinds of metal stuff. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty five minutes after starting. That's just part of the trade. I remember when we first got the big press installed; it took all day just to get it through the door. Now it’s the heart of the place. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor, making sure the measurements are right. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We drink tea together twice a day and talk about the work or the weather. Govindpuri Road is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes we have to move things onto the sidewalk just to make room to breathe inside. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs as they come in. If you need some metalwork done, we’re usually here from eight in the morning until late evening.
