Out here on Ambala Road in Bhatoli, things are a bit quieter than in the main city of Yamunanagar, but not by much. Our factory is right where the village meets the main road. Jb Aluminium Ind.Pvt. Ltd. started out because there was a need for local supply, and we just stayed put. Aluminium is what we deal with every single day. If you step inside, it’s mostly the sound of cutting and the smell of metal. We have a yard where the raw materials sit until we’re ready for them. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and the shed can get pretty stuffy, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation with a glass building. This is a practical site made of brick and corrugated sheets. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the village, so it feels like a community effort. We see the same faces every morning at the gate. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of the district. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they see the sign from the road. It’s a simple setup, and we try to keep it that way. No need to overcomplicate things when you’re just trying to make parts for people who need them. It’s been our way for years.
