Royal Developers

Our office at Royal Developers is located at 98 Main Road in Halbarga. It’s a busy street, which is good because we get a lot of walk-ins. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to building and land development in this area. Most of the time, it’s just me and a couple of others trying to keep up with the local demand. We aren't some big corporation from the city; we are local people who know these streets and the people living on them. When someone comes to us wanting to build a house or develop a small plot, we sit down and talk through the costs and the timeline without any sugar-coating. Building stuff is hard work and there are always problems with weather or materials, so we try to be as honest as possible about that from the start. We’ve seen Halbarga grow quite a bit since we opened up on the Main Road, and it’s nice to see some of the buildings we worked on still standing strong. We don't use any flashy slogans to get customers. Usually, someone just sees one of our project signs and gives us a call or stops in. We keep the kettle going for anyone who wants to talk business or just ask a question about property prices. It is a simple life and a simple business, but it keeps us all going day after day.
