City Groups

City Groups is based at 4-3-267 on Humnabad Road in the Nehru Gunj area. If you know this part of town, you know it’s a very busy place with a lot of local commerce happening at all hours. Our office is tucked in there among all the other shops and small businesses. We handle a bit of everything here. It’s mostly real estate and property management, but there’s always some other task popping up that needs our attention. The office is usually full of people coming and going throughout the afternoon. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a waiting room. You just walk in and talk to whoever happens to be sitting at the front desk. We’ve been in Nehru Gunj for a long time, so we know most of the people on this particular stretch of Humnabad Road. The mornings are usually spent drinking some tea and figuring out the schedule for the rest of the day. After that, it’s a lot of meetings and visiting different sites around the city. We aren't much for corporate polish or using complicated language. We just speak plainly and try to get the job done right. The files are stacked on some old metal shelves that have seen better days, and the phone rings more than we’d sometimes like, but it’s a good place to be. We like being part of the local community. It’s noisy and crowded outside, but it feels like home. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
