Our group is located at H No: 3-2-86/4/A in AMR Nagar. Bhuvanagiri is a place we know inside and out. The company is called Bhuvanagiri Farmers Horticultural Producer Company Limited. It’s a long name for a group of people who just grow fruits and vegetables. We focus on horticulture because that is what grows best in this soil. The 508116 area has its own challenges with the soil and the water supply. We have a small place where we meet to talk about our plans. It’s not a fancy office. There are usually some crates of produce sitting around and a lot of talk about market prices. We aren't experts in marketing or anything. We just know how to plant and harvest. Being a producer company means we can talk to the big buyers as one group. It helps us not get pushed around so much. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and samples. We don't mind. We are more comfortable in the fields anyway. Most of us have been doing this for decades. It’s what our fathers did. We are just trying to make it a bit more modern so the younger ones might want to stay. It’s hard work and the sun is hot. But we get by. If you come to AMR Nagar, you can find us easily enough.
