Makshika Organics Llp

We are located at 545 Vikas Kunj in Vikas Puri. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run Makshika Organics Llp from here. It’s a quiet enough street compared to some parts of Delhi, though the neighbor's dog barks a lot in the afternoon. We got into this because we were tired of the usual stuff you find in the shops. It’s just a small team, mainly just me and a couple of others. We spend most of the morning checking the new arrivals and then the afternoon is all about packing and sorting things out. It isn't a high-tech operation at all. We use regular scales and write things down in notebooks because the computer is old and sometimes just stops working for no reason. Sometimes we lose a pen or the printer acts up, but we get by eventually. It’s a bit cramped in the office when a new shipment comes in, but we make space by moving the chairs around. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just talk to people and if they like what we have, they tell their neighbors. It’s a very local way of doing things, I think. The weather can be a pain, especially when it rains and the street gets a bit flooded, but we just keep going. It’s a basic business, nothing more, nothing less. We just want to do a decent job every day.
