Kilokarinehru Nagar is where we set up shop. It's on the third floor of 6/57. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying supplies up can be a real workout sometimes. We deal with food and herbs, which means the office usually has a bit of a mixed smell, sometimes earthy or like dried leaves. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we do at Mak Green Food And Herbs (Opc) Private Limited. Most days it is just a few of us sitting around the desks, handling paperwork or checking on our inventory. We aren’t some giant corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s more of a family-type feel here. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors are used to us by now. The street outside can get quite loud with the local market noise and the traffic passing through Nehru Nagar. We usually keep the windows closed during the summer to keep the heat out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the products we handle are good and that we don’t make mistakes with the orders. It’s straightforward work. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a shipment is late or something goes wrong with the transport. But mostly, we just keep at it. We chose this name because it fit what we were trying to do. It’s a simple life here in the office, and we like it that way.
