We are based in Birendra Nagar, specifically in the Devta Parapanchayat area of Jirania Khala. Sujit Debbarma’s place is the main hub for our organic producer company. It's a part of Tripura where farming is the main way of life for everyone. We don't have a big polished office or anything impressive like that. Instead, we have a room where we keep our tools and another where we sit down to talk about the organic crops and the weather. Most of our day is spent outside anyway. Jirania Khala is a quiet place usually, but it gets busy when it's time to collect the produce from all the different members in the area. We aren't trying to be some big national corporation. We're just a group of people from the village working together to get better results. Sometimes the power goes out for hours, or the phone signal is bad, and we just have to deal with it. Our focus is strictly on the farming and making sure our organic standards are kept up by everyone involved. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches here. If you come by to see us, you'll probably just see us in our work clothes, maybe sorting through seeds or checking on some old equipment. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We value the land and the work we do on it. Everything we do is very grounded in the reality of life here in Birendra Nagar. We take things one day at a time.
