Out here at B-3 (P) in the Adityapur Industrial Area, things stay pretty loud most of the day. We are right in Phase-I, so there is always some kind of noise from the neighboring units or trucks moving materials in and out. It’s a gritty part of town, but it’s where the work happens. We do a lot of fabrication stuff at Multitech Technofab, and the floor is usually covered in scrap metal or tools by midday. We try to keep it organized, but when you’re busy, things just pile up. The tea stall around the corner is where most of the staff ends up during the break. We’ve been in Adityapur for a good while now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit, though the roads are still as bumpy as they ever were. Some of the machines we use are older, but they work just fine for what we need. It’s not a corporate office with carpets and quiet hallways. It’s a place where you wear boots and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty. We just focus on getting the orders finished so we can clear some space for the next lot coming in. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’ve got a decent group of people here who know their way around the shop. We like the work, even if it's hot.
