Pj Foods

Our place is at 56-89 in the Eluru Tadikalapudi area. It’s a pretty straightforward spot on the road, and we’ve been here at Pj Foods for a while now. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just some bricks and a roof that keeps the rain off our heads, but it does the job. Out here in Tadikalapudi, things move at their own pace. We spend most of our mornings getting the stock ready and checking the lists. It can get pretty dusty if the wind picks up, so we are always sweeping the floor. There are a few other businesses nearby, and we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes we have to wait a while for the supplies to come in from Eluru, so we just sit on the bench outside and watch the traffic go by. It isn't a high-stress environment, but we do have our busy days when everything seems to happen at once. Most of the staff are local people who walk or bike to work. We don't have any big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of tea and then we go and do it. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to suit us just fine. We just take it one day at a time here.
