Executive

Our office is located within the Gowthami Solvent Oils facility over in Pydiparru, Tanuku. It’s a bit of a specific spot, tucked away at Pbno 7. My name is Abhaskara Rao, and I handle the executive side of things here. Working in an industrial area like this is different from being in a city office. There’s a lot of activity around the oil mill, and you can always hear the machinery in the background. My space is pretty simple—just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of ledgers. I’ve been here for a long time, so I know the layout of the place by heart. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of what I do involves managing the daily operations and making sure things are moving as they should. It’s practical work. There isn't any room for corporate fluff here; we have to be direct. Tanuku is a quiet town for the most part, but the mill keeps us busy. I spend most of my day looking at reports or talking to the workers on the floor. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. I prefer it this way. Everything is out in the open, and you can see the results of your work right in front of you. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. It is just about getting the oil processed and sent out.
