Babu Paddy Rice Mill

The sound of the machines is something you get used to when you work at Babu Paddy Rice Mill. We are located at 3-9851 in the Balusumoodi area of Bhimavaram. It is a busy place, especially during the harvest season when the trucks start coming in. We spend our days processing paddy and turning it into rice. It’s dusty work and it can get very hot inside the mill, but we’ve been doing this for years. Bhimavaram is known for its rice, and we are just one part of that big cycle. We aren’t trying to be the biggest mill around, we just want to do our job at 3-9851. The people working here are mostly from around Balusumoodi, so it feels like a local effort. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Our work speaks for itself when the rice comes out of the machines. We deal with the local farmers and help get their crops ready for the market. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living. The equipment needs a lot of maintenance, and there is always something to fix, but that’s just how a mill operates. We stay busy from morning till night.
