Our office for Yesbookme Travels Pvt Ltd is over in Ashok Nagar, right by Rawal Pindi Gard. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, clicking through different hotel sites and trying to find the right dates for people. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes people come in with a very specific idea of where they want to go, and other times they have no clue at all. We just sit down and go through the options with them. The office in Ashok Nagar is a bit small, but it's enough for what we do. We have these old chairs that squeak every time you move, but they're comfortable enough for a long day. Rawal Pindi Gard is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We often have brochures for places we’ve never actually been to, but we know all the details from the computer. Yesbookme Travels Pvt Ltd started with just two of us and a single phone line. Now we have a few more people, but it still feels like a small family. We don't use fancy software; just the usual websites and a lot of spreadsheets to keep track of everything. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It’s a good time to catch up on things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall.
