Kauls Tour & Travels is located at Wz 610 in the Shiv Nagar Extension part of Janakpuri. We are situated near Dashmesh Hospital, which is the main landmark around here. Shiv Nagar is more of a residential-style area compared to the main commercial hubs of Delhi, so it has a different, quieter vibe. Our office is right on the street level, making it easy for people to just stop by while they are out walking. We handle a lot of different travel needs, mostly for the people living nearby in the neighborhood. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy corporate structure. It’s just us, sitting in the office, handling phone calls and walk-ins. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have more than two people visiting at once, but we make it work somehow. We’ve got our maps and our records kept in folders. It’s a bit old-school, but it works for us. The area around Dashmesh Hospital can get a bit crowded with parked cars and people, but it’s generally a friendly place. We’ve known some of our customers for years now. They come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood and they know where to find us. We don’t put on any acts; we just talk to people like we’re talking to our neighbors, because usually, we are. It's a simple business in a simple part of town, and that's how we like it.
