Yahsmita Infrastructure And Developers Private Limited is located over in Janakpuri. We are on the second floor of the Commercial Centre in Flat No. Abc-10. It’s a decent area of New Delhi, and we have been set up here for some time now. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of coffee and looking over site plans or checking on how the current projects are moving along. Infrastructure work is basically just making sure things get built properly. It involves a lot of back and forth with different people. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of offices; we just have this one spot in Janakpuri where we handle everything. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with various development tasks around the city. Most of our work comes from just being around for a long time and knowing the local area well. People drop by the office to discuss stuff, and we just sit down and go over the details. It’s not very formal here. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the job at hand. Being in a commercial center helps because everything we need is close by. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. Dealing with all the permits and blueprints can be tiring, but that is just the nature of the business in a city like Delhi.
