We are located over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at Plot No. 8 in M.S. Mohan Garden. YAASHNA INFRASTRUCTURE LLP is our name and we have been operating out of this South West Delhi location for quite some time now. The office is tucked away in an area that is a mix of houses and small businesses. It is not a flashy glass building, just a normal, functional place where we get things done. Most of our day is spent on infrastructure planning and making sure our current projects are moving along as they should. It gets pretty busy around this part of Uttam Nagar, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We have a small team of people here who know the infrastructure business inside and out. We do not really bother with big advertisements or marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see our company name at various construction sites. Inside the office, it is actually quite quiet most of the time unless we are having a big meeting about a new project. We use simple desks and chairs. The focus is always on the work, not the furniture or the decor. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about what we do. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden layers. We handle the paperwork, the permits, and the coordination of workers. Being in Mohan Garden feels right for us because it has a real local vibe. We like it that way.
