V.K. Wadhwa Constructions Private operates out of a small shop in East Patel Nagar. We are at 3/18, Private Shop No. 1, on the ground floor. Being in Central Delhi, we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our shop is no different. We’ve been doing construction work for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if we are a private limited company. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects get done. We handle all kinds of building tasks. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't go in for marketing or trying to look better than we are. We're just builders. We know the local area like the back of our hands. Most of our clients are people who have known us for years. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team. We just have our tools and our experience. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. If a job needs doing, we figure out how to do it and then we get it done. We’ve lived in Delhi all our lives, so we understand how things work here. We're just honest people trying to do a good job for our neighbors and clients. That’s been our story for years.
