Vision Buidwell (India) Ltd.

Our place is out in Durga Vihar, specifically in Phase II over in Deenpur. Being on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana means we see a lot of different people coming through. Vision Buidwell (India) Ltd. is mostly about the projects we have going on at any given time. The office here is usually dusty because of all the construction talk and plans lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site drawings. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but it suits us just fine. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. Most of the guys are out at the sites during the day, so it’s just a couple of us here keeping track of the supplies and the schedules. There is always a lot of traffic on the roads nearby, which can be a headache in the mornings. We don't really do much decorating; we just have what we need to get the buildings up. People stop by to talk about budgets or where the materials are. It’s practical work. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address 110043 and the name on the door. We’ve been around this part of town for a while and know the local suppliers pretty well. It’s just how we operate. We get the job done without any fancy talk or complicated systems. It's just hard work.
