Our office is in the Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I, Building C/61. It’s an industrial area, so it’s busy and loud with trucks and factories all around us. We’ve been here in this building for several years now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some old travel posters on the walls that have seen better days. We spend our time booking tickets and arranging cars for people who need to get around the city or go out of town. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phones and checking schedules. We don’t have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just a place where work happens. Our drivers come in to check their routes and pick up their logs. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the busiest part of our day. We know the roads around here really well and we know how the traffic patterns change. We just focus on getting people where they need to go. If a bus is late or a flight is canceled, we’re the ones trying to find a fix. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s useful. People in the estate know us as the guys who can find a taxi when nobody else can. We’ve been doing this long enough that we don’t need a big marketing budget. We just stay at our desks and keep the wheels moving. There is always someone here even if the lights are dim.
