We are Vichitra Construction Sg Jv Llp, and you can find our office up on the third floor of the Local Shopping Center. Specifically, we’re in Room No. 4 at Plot No. B6 in the A1 Block. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Being in a shopping center means there’s always something going on downstairs, plenty of noise and people moving about. We do construction work, mostly handling the technical side of things and managing our joint venture projects. It’s a lot of coordination. Our office is usually filled with rolls of plans and maybe a few half-empty coffee cups. We aren't really interested in looking like a big fancy firm. We just want to make sure the sites are running right and the materials show up when they are supposed to. It’s a practical space for practical work. Some days are long, especially when we have deadlines looming. We’ve been based here for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a good spot because everything we need is right within walking distance. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the builds. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up and put in the hours until the job is done. We've been through a lot of busy seasons in this room, watching the weather change through the window while we look over contracts. It's just a regular office life for us.
