Varsatile Events & Management

Varsatile Events & Management started at Matiala Road. It’s a busy spot in Uttam Nagar and things are always moving around here. We do a lot of events, mostly helping local people figure out where to put everything for their parties. It’s not always an easy job. We spend many hours on the phone with decorators and tent people. Sometimes things get messy with the scheduling, but we just get through it one way or another. Our office at A 35 is where the planning happens. It’s mostly just us sitting around a desk with too many cups of tea and scattered papers. We aren't a huge team or anything like that, just a few of us who know the area well. When someone has a function coming up, they usually just stop by to talk. We write things down in notebooks because it's easier than the computer most of the time. It is a lot of physical work too, moving boxes and checking lists at the venues. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The traffic on the main road can be a headache, but it’s a good place to be located. We don't have a fancy lobby. It’s just a workspace where we get things ready. We focus on getting the details right so the day actually happens without a disaster. It's funny how much work goes into one afternoon party. We just try to keep things moving.
