If you are looking for us, we are at 102 in the Bharti Chamber. It is right near the Sonia PVR in Vikas Puri, so there is always a crowd around. Working in events means we are rarely just sitting still, but this is where we keep all our files and gear. Rmp Global Events Organisation has been running out of this office for a bit now. The room is usually filled with boxes of flyers or samples of things for the next show. It can get a bit messy, to be honest. We aren't the type of people who have everything perfectly filed in neat folders. We mostly just know where everything is in the piles. Planning events is just a lot of logistics and making sure people show up where they are supposed to. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors or checking on venues. Vikas Puri is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to find. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the events happen without too many problems. Sometimes a speaker cancels or the catering is late, and we just deal with it. That is the job. We stay here until the work is done, which is often quite late in the evening. It is just us, some old chairs, and a lot of lists pinned on the walls.
