Working from H No. 740 in Khatiwali keeps us close to everything. Vaastu-Anand Builders & Developers Llp is basically a small team. We don't have a corporate building or anything like that. It’s just the house. We spend our time going from one site to another. Khatiwali is a quiet enough place to get things done. We handle the usual building work. Sometimes it’s a lot of phone calls and checking on materials. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this for a bit. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we start. People in the neighborhood know where to find us. H No. 740 is easy to spot if you know the area. We deal with construction and development, mostly local stuff. There's always something to fix or plan. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. It’s just about getting the brick and mortar in place. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps. That’s how it goes when you’re busy. We started Vaastu-Anand Builders & Developers Llp because we knew how to build things. Now we just keep going. It’s a steady life. Khatiwali has been home for a while. We aren't going anywhere. Just doing what we know how to do, day by day. It's honest work. Sometimes the weather slows us down, but that's just part of being a builder in Khatiwali.
