Uttamavas Realtors Llp is based out of Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar. We have space at Plot number A-9 and 10. This part of South West Delhi is always busy. The 110059 area has a lot of people and a lot of things going on all the time. Our office is just a regular building on the plot. We don't have any big flashy lights or massive signs. It is just where we go to work every morning. Mohan Garden is a local neighborhood and we feel like a part of it. We have our desks set up in the office and we try to keep things organized. It is a practical space for us. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty outside because of the construction or the wind, but that is just part of living in New Delhi. We have been at A-9 and 10 for some time now. Most people in the area know where Mohan Garden is, so it is not too hard to explain where we are located. We just do our work and talk to our neighbors. It is a simple life here. We don't need a fancy corporate office in a big mall. This works just fine for what we do. The office is our base and we are happy with it. We also have to handle a lot of phone calls and paperwork throughout the week, but we take it as it comes. It is just the way things are in our corner of New Delhi.
