We've been here at Rz- 35 in Nangloi Sayed for a while now. People usually just walk in when they're looking for a place to stay or want to sell some land in the Paschim Vihar area. It's a busy spot. Dealing with property isn't always easy, there's a lot of paperwork and running around. My uncle started this and now I help out too. We know the streets around here pretty well. Sometimes the market is slow, other times it’s crazy. We just try to help people find what they need without too much fuss. Most of our neighbors know us by name. It’s not a big fancy office, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk about prices. We handle mostly local stuff, nothing too far away because it's hard to keep track of things then. If someone needs a small flat or maybe a shop space, they come talk to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up everywhere. It’s a bit dusty with all the construction but that's how it is. We spend most of our day on the phone or walking to different sites to check on things. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Just a local setup trying to make things work for everyone involved in a deal. It involves a lot of talking and walking, but we enjoy it most days. It's home for us.
