UNUSUAL DESIGNS AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Unusual Designs and Construction Private Limited is our small company based in Uttam Nagar. We work out of House Number 20/21 in Block-A. West Delhi is a busy place, and our street is no exception. We chose the name because we like to do things a bit differently when it comes to designing and building, but we’re still just a local construction shop at heart. The office is usually a bit of a mess with sketches and material samples everywhere. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist; you just walk in and find one of us. It's a very hands-on environment. We deal with everything from small renovations to bigger building jobs. Sometimes the designs get a bit complicated, but that’s the part we enjoy the most. Living and working in Uttam Nagar means we’re used to the noise and the constant activity. We don't use any corporate lingo or try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a group of people who are good with our hands and have an eye for design. Most of our days are spent checking on projects or meeting with clients to talk about their ideas. It's practical work that requires a lot of patience. We try to be honest about what’s possible and what’s not. That’s how we’ve always run things here. We just do the work.
