Universal Associates

We are Universal Associates. Our office is at 1-C Partap Enclave, right on Gurudwara Road in Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always busy. There is a lot of noise from the street and the metro isn't too far away. We’ve been operating from this little corner for quite some time. We are a small team and we handle all sorts of associate work, mostly paperwork and helping people navigate various processes. It is not glamorous by any means. Our office has files stacked up and the tea kettle is almost always on. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People just know the address. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the traffic outside, but we get used to it. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Usually, it’s just a lot of talking and sorting through documents. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just do our work and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when there's a deadline or a lot of people waiting. We just take it one step at a time. It’s a local business through and through, and we like being part of the neighborhood here in Uttam Nagar. It feels real and grounded. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still open up and get to work. We’ve got some old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. They aren't very ergonomic, but they do the job.
