Unitech Limited

Our office is on the third floor over here in Subhash Nagar. It's building 13/68, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit much if you’re doing them five times a day. We’ve been in this part of New Delhi for a bit, and you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood. There’s always someone calling out or a car horn somewhere in the distance. It’s a busy area, but once you get up to the third floor, it gets a little bit calmer. We have our desks set up near the windows to catch whatever breeze we can get. It’s not a polished corporate suite, just a place with some old files, a few computers, and a lot of history. Most of us have been coming to Unitech Limited for years. We know the local shops where we grab lunch and the guys who fix the bikes downstairs. It’s a very normal way to work. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to impress people who walk in. The focus is just on the work sitting in front of us. Some days the internet is slow, or it gets too hot, but we just deal with it and keep going. Being in the 110027 zip code feels like being in the middle of everything, even if our specific corner is just a quiet room above the street.
