It’s a decent area for a business because there are other offices around, so it feels professional enough without being overly stiff. We spend our days going over project plans and keeping track of different sites. The building itself has been around for a while, so it has that lived-in feel. We aren't really into the whole modern minimalist office trend. Our space is filled with blueprints, computers, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a practical environment. Ranjit Nagar is a good middle ground in Delhi, so getting here isn't too bad for the staff. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby. There’s a lot of activity in Guru Arjun Dev Bhawan throughout the day, people coming and going. Our office door is usually open if we aren't in a meeting. We don't use any complicated systems, just good old-fashioned hard work and staying on top of our deadlines. It can get a bit loud when the traffic picks up outside, but we’re used to the hum of the city by now. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
