We’ve been at House Number 66 in Khaira Village for a while now, running Uj Developers Llp. Najafgarh is where we do most of our things. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we sit and figure out the day's work. Sometimes the internet is slow or it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we manage. We handle development projects, mostly local stuff that people around here need. It started with a couple of us and now we're a small team trying to keep things moving. There’s a lot of dust in Najafgarh these days because of all the new roads being worked on. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites checking on progress. It's not always easy work, and some days are longer than others when things don't go as planned. We just focus on getting the building work done right so we don't have to go back and fix it later. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need to talk about a project. Most of our tools and papers are scattered around the desks. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so the fan is always running. We've lived around here our whole lives, so we know the area pretty well. That helps when we're trying to figure out where to get materials or who to call for help on a job. Sometimes the tea is cold by the time we drink it because we're busy.
