Tyagi Bros is located at H-48 in Karampura. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of place, so things are pretty informal. You won't find anyone in suits here. Most of the time we’re just in our work clothes, dealing with whatever needs to be handled that day. Karampura is a solid neighborhood, very practical and down-to-earth, which suits us just fine. Our space isn't huge, but we’ve organized it over the years to fit everything we need. There’s a lot of history in these walls. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. We like being able to talk directly to everyone who comes in. There’s no middleman or complicated phone system. If you call, one of us picks up. Sometimes we’re out back and might miss a ring, but we always get back to people. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Word of mouth has always worked okay for us. We just try to be fair and do the work right. It’s a simple way of running things, but it’s how we were taught. The floor is concrete, the desks are old, and the tea is always hot. That’s about all there is to it here at Tyagi Bros. We’re just local people doing our jobs every day. We don't need much else to keep things going smoothly for the long haul.
