Tulsik Realcon (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is right on the ground floor at Rz-36B, G-2 in Rajapuri, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. It’s a busy neighborhood and we are right in the middle of it. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, so you usually talk to the same couple of people every time you come in. We handle real estate and construction matters from this small shop space. The street outside is almost always crowded with people and rickshaws, which is just how life is in this part of Delhi. Inside, we keep things pretty basic. There are some chairs for visitors and a few computers where we manage all the realcon work. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy brochures. We just talk to people about their property needs and try to help them figure things out. Sometimes the internet goes slow or we have to wait for the local power cuts to end, but we still manage to get the paperwork done. It’s a very local way of doing business. We know the streets around Uttam Nagar well because we’ve been here quite some time. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we just like having our own place where we can work on projects and meet people face to face. It’s practical, a bit noisy sometimes, but it’s where we do our best work every day.
