Travelmasti Holidays Pvt Ltd is based on Rama Road in the industrial area. We are on the first floor of building number 56. It is a handy location because the Kirti Nagar Metro Station is just a short walk away, which makes it easy for us to get to work. We spend our days planning trips and booking hotels for people. The office is full of brochures and maps, even though most of the work happens on our computers these days. It is a bit strange being a travel company in the middle of an industrial area, but we like the spot. The office gets some good light in the morning. We have a few desks and a small table where we sit down with families to talk about where they want to go for their holidays. We do not use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just chat about budgets and destinations. Some days are very busy with the phones ringing all the time, especially right before the summer break. Other days are much quieter and we just spend our time updating the files. The staff here is pretty relaxed. We take turns making coffee and talking about places we would like to visit ourselves one day. We do not have any big corporate goals. We just enjoy helping people get their travel plans sorted without any extra stress or headaches.
