Our office is located at S-49 in Rajapuri, which is in the Uttam Nagar area. We are on Gali Number 2, right near Sombajar Road and the Bhadoriya Public School. Tjz Developers is a small company focusing on local construction and building work. Being in Rajapuri means we are always in the middle of a lot of activity. We spend most of our time managing small crews and making sure we have enough bricks and cement for the week. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't spend all day sitting behind desks. Usually, we are out checking on progress or talking to vendors. The office is where we do the planning and meet with folks who have questions about their projects. We aren't flashy people. We wear regular clothes and speak plainly. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. It’s good to be part of that growth. Sometimes the noise from the school or the market is a lot, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't promise miracles, just that we will put in the hours to get the job finished. Most of our clients are people from around West Delhi who need something built or renovated. We like to think we are easy to talk to and fair with our work. Stop by if you are ever in the lane.
