Third Umpire Constructions Private is situated at M-113 on the first floor in Prem Nagar. This is part of the Uttam Nagar area in West Delhi, 110059. It’s a very crowded and energetic part of town. Our office reflects that energy, I suppose. There’s always someone coming in or going out. We’ve been here long enough that we don't notice the noise from the street anymore. The space is filled with samples of bricks, tiles, and catalogs. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't try to impress people with a slick interior. We’d rather spend our energy getting the actual construction work right. Being in West Delhi means we see a lot of different types of buildings and people. Every project is a bit different. We just try to be practical about things. If someone asks for something that won't work, we tell them straight. We aren't salesmen. We are builders. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We like the local vibe of Prem Nagar. You can get a good plate of samosas just around the corner. It’s a real place for real work. We don't have a grand vision; we just want to do a decent job every day. The work keeps us on our toes constantly.
