Our place is located at D-15 in Tagore Garden Extension. It’s a residential-style area that’s become quite busy with businesses over the years. We deal with nuts, mostly handling the sorting and packing side of things. If you walk by, you might see bags being moved in or out. It’s a very hands-on job. The space isn't like a modern corporate office; it’s more of a working warehouse and administrative spot combined. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in. If a batch isn't right, it causes a lot of extra work for us. The floors are concrete and the shelves are heavy-duty to hold all the weight. Tagore Garden is a central enough spot in New Delhi, which helps with getting our products out to different markets. The traffic on the main road can be tough in the mornings. We usually start early to beat the heat. Our team is pretty tight-knit. Some of us have been working together for years. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. We just rely on the quality of the nuts we sell to keep people coming back. It’s a straightforward business without much fluff. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet for hours. We just take it as it comes and try to keep the bags moving. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
