The Estate Agents

We are located at 25/3 in Punjabi Bagh East, right in the East Avenue Market. It is a nice part of town, and the market area always has people walking around or stopping for a snack. The Estate Agents is a local business where we focus on the houses and apartments around this neighborhood. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of listings taped up or filed away. We spend a lot of our time out of the office, actually walking to different properties or meeting people at their gates. Punjabi Bagh East has a specific feel to it, and we have lived and worked around here long enough to know every corner. The market is a good place to be based because we see everyone. We don't use a lot of fancy technology; we mostly rely on knowing the people and the buildings. It is a lot of talking and a lot of listening to what families are looking for. Sometimes the market gets very busy on the weekends, but we are usually here regardless. We like the pace of things here. It is not overly stressful, but there is always something to do or someone to call. We just try to be helpful and keep things simple for anyone looking for a new place to call home. It isn't a corporate setup.
