TANEJA ESTATE VENTURES LLP

We operate TANEJA ESTATE VENTURES LLP from Plot No. 50/4 in Kirti Nagar. We are up on the second floor of Block-2 in the WHS area. Kirti Nagar is famous for its markets, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Being in the WHS block means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and warehouses. The 110015 area stays busy from morning until late evening. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a table for meetings. The climb to the second floor is good exercise since we don't use a lift much. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the furniture work happening in the neighborhood. We have been in West Delhi for quite a while now. The space inside is practical. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or leather sofas. Just plain chairs and a couple of fans. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some blinds to block the sun. Most of our work involves talking to people and sorting out paperwork for estate ventures. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us making sure things get done right. You can find us by looking for the block number on the street side. It is a solid, no-nonsense place to work and stay focused.
