The metro rumbles past all day long, so it’s never really quiet here. We’ve been working out of this office for a long time now. Most of our day is spent talking to people about flats and commercial spaces in this area. Patel Nagar is a busy place, and there is always someone looking for a move. We don't do much advertising because most of our work comes from people just walking in or being told about us by their cousins or friends. We keep our records in old-fashioned folders mostly, though we have a computer for the important stuff. It’s a small team here. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to make sure the people who come to us get what they need without a lot of fuss.
