Sweet Bite Ind

We are located over in Vikas Puri, where we’ve been running Sweet Bite Ind for some time now. The whole place usually smells like sugar and baking, which isn't a bad thing at all. It’s a local operation, and we don’t have a giant factory or anything like that. It’s just a dedicated space where we get the work done every day. We start pretty early, often before the sun is even up, to get everything ready. Vikas Puri is a nice neighborhood, and we have a lot of regulars who stop by. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens. It can get pretty hot in there when the ovens are going full blast. We spend a lot of time weighing out ingredients and making sure the batches come out right. There is always a bit of flour on the floor and some noise from the mixers. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy office. It’s just us in our aprons, making sure the orders are filled and the shelves aren't empty. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big order comes in at the last minute, but we manage to pull it off. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here. If you walk past our doors in the morning, you’ll definitely know we are working. We just keep it simple and focus on the food.
