We operate out of Gaurev Nagar, over in Prem Nagar near Sukhi Nehar. Our spot is on the second floor of Plot No 138, which is an old number 17 property. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it gives us a decent view of what is going on in the street below. We focus on developing land and building things up from the ground level. West Delhi can be a tough place to work sometimes because everything is so packed in together, but we actually enjoy the challenge of it. The office is not anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and our folders. We spend most of our time out on the sites anyway, making sure the walls are straight and the materials are exactly what they should be. We do not go in for big advertisements or fancy brochures. Word of mouth usually does the job for us in this neighborhood. People in Prem Nagar know us as the guys who show up and do the actual work. It is a practical business, and we try to keep our feet on the ground. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the heavy rain turns the site into a mud pit, but we just keep pushing through until it is done. It is just what we do for a living and we are fine with that.
