Suraj Builder India Private Limited

Our office is over in the West End Mall, right in the middle of Janakpuri. If you’ve been to the District Centre, you probably know the building. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we are at unit 839. Suraj Builder India Private Limited has been around this part of New Delhi for some time now. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various building sites. It's construction, so it's always a bit dusty and loud. We aren't trying to pretend we are some high-end corporate office with expensive furniture. We just need a place to sit, handle the accounts, and meet with people who need things built. Janakpuri is a good spot for us because it's central to where we work in South West Delhi. There’s always someone coming in or going out with some tools or a stack of papers. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just focus on the building projects we have on our plate. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times we are just waiting on a delivery of cement or bricks. It gets stressful, but that is just the job. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. Most of our days are just managing workers and making sure we have enough materials to keep going. We like being in the mall because it’s easy to find. It’s a straightforward business and we just stick to what we know.
