Sudarshan Seedchem

Sudarshan Seedchem is based out of A-54 in Anoop Nagar, over near Uttam Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We’ve been set up here for some time now. The workspace isn't very big, but we make it work for us. Most of the time it’s just the sound of the fans and someone typing away on an old computer. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers, so the phone is usually busy throughout the day. It gets a bit messy with samples and containers lying around, but we know where everything is, mostly. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people directly. Sometimes we forget to take lunch because we’re trying to sort out a shipment, and then we just end up ordering something from the stall down the street. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just want to get the orders out and keep the books balanced. Sometimes the power goes out in Uttam Nagar and we have to wait around, but that’s just life here. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. It’s a comfortable way to work, even if the office is a bit cluttered with boxes right now. We just keep plugging away at it day after day.
