Insectisides India Limited

If you go to the District Center in Janakpuri, you’ll find us in 111, Kirti Shikan. It’s a big building and we’ve got our office space set up there. Insectisides India Limited is a busy name, but inside the office, it’s just a bunch of regular people working at their desks. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for the products that go out across the country. There are always stacks of documents to go through and phones ringing throughout the afternoon. The view from the office is mostly just other buildings in the District Center, but it’s a good place to be because everything is close by. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is where most of the office gossip happens. The elevators in Kirti Shikan can be a bit slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. We don't really do anything flashy. It's mostly just tracking shipments and talking to the regional distributors. Sometimes we have to stay late when there’s a big report due, but usually, we’re out by a decent time. It’s a professional environment but without the stiff corporate feel you get in some other places. We know each other well and we just get the tasks done. It’s a solid routine that has worked for us for a long time now. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized.
