SUBPU INTERBUILD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Subpu Interbuild is a small operation located at B-66, Rama Park. We are right near the Najafgarh Road in Uttam Nagar. It’s a very busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something happening on the main road just a short walk away. Since this is an OPC, it is a pretty personal business for us. We mostly deal with interior building work and small construction tasks around this neighborhood. Our office is easy to spot if you are coming from the Najafgarh side of town. We don't have a big team or a lot of employees. It is just a few people making sure the projects get finished on time. The area around Rama Park is mostly residential, so we talk to a lot of local families and shop owners. We don't use any fancy sales pitches or marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can do and then we get started on the job. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit full and we have to move things around, which can be stressful. That is just life in a place like Uttam Nagar. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we like being part of the community here. Most of our work comes from people nearby who see our sign or hear about us from their friends. It’s simple, honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We spend our days on-site or here at the desk. It’s a good way to earn a living.
