Studio Properties

Studio Properties is located on the 11th floor of the Kirti Shikhar Building in Janakpuri. We are at Office No 9. If you know the Janakpuri District Centre, we are very close to that. Being up on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a view, but the office itself is just a regular workspace. We are not into fancy interiors or making things look more expensive than they are. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and our files. Kirti Shikhar is a well-known building in this area, so finding us isn't too hard for most people. The elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, but that is just part of being in a big commercial building. We spend our days here talking to people about property and keeping track of what is available in Janakpuri and the nearby sectors. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this one office. It is a straightforward business. We do not have a script for how we talk to people. We just tell them what we know. Janakpuri is a busy hub, and being near the District Centre keeps us in the middle of everything. It is a practical spot for a property business. We have been here for a while and we don't plan on moving our office anytime soon.
