You can find us at Shop No 3198/15 on the second floor of a building in Street No 1, Sangtrashan in Paharganj. We are quite close to the C Block Government School. If you know Paharganj, you know it is a maze of streets and it is incredibly lively. Our office is up on that second floor, which gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street right outside. Standard Real Estate Company is basically just us sitting around a table with property listings and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of shop they need to rent. Paharganj is an old part of the city, and the buildings have a lot of character, even if they are a bit worn down. We have been working out of this street for a long time. The climb up the stairs keeps us fit, I guess. It is a simple office with some old files and a lot of local knowledge. We know who owns what and which places might be coming up for rent soon. We drink a lot of chai and talk to anyone who walks through the door. It is not the kind of real estate office you see in the movies. It is just a local spot where we deal with the reality of property in a crowded city.
